Wallpaper & Prints The shipping for prints & wallpapers are fairly fast, if you do not have your product after 2 weeks, please reach out.

All other items For all hard & soft goods from our Slow-living collection, the average delivery is in under 4 weeks. Due to our preference for low-carbon footprint delivery methods, these items often come by boat to the US, then travel by train to local distribution centers. If there is a need to have it faster, please reach out before placing the order, and if possible we may be able to increase its speed for increased costs to offset the carbon footprint

Delivery details will be provided once the order has been accepted. We do caution on those details however that many items need to clear customs, so if you see it sitting for a few days at a distribution center, it usually means customs hasn’t gotten to it yet.

As a general rule no, we pay them. However orders over $4,000 do pay half of the customs fees.

We’ve run into this, rarely, but it can happen since many of our third party vendors are small family run businesses where English is a second language, sometimes they forget to mark an item’s journey correctly. Please reach out to orders@rambleroamco.com with your tracking number, name, address for shipment and we will quickly assist you.

Ramble & Roam Co. takes quite a lot of care to produce the most eco friendly & sustainable products on the market, and we only work with small businesses, (include all our manufacturers, printers, or our third party vendors in our slow-living collection) dedicated to it as well. Yes! Most of our collaborators are very small craftsmen shops, with the majority family owned. We interview each company to make sure anything globally created is made following the most ethical standards and fair trade practices.

Yes! Our wallpaper, fine art prints and canvas products are made to order and ship in recycled, minimal packaging. Our third party global vendors (referred to as slow-living craftsmen) ship mostly in reduced packaging where available. There are a few exceptions, depending on region, where the priority is making sure your item arrives in perfect condition, and their journey to sustainable packaging is on the roadmap.
